Who we are. CN Live Productions (“we”, “our”, “us”) produces live entertainment across the UK. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect and why. Contact/enquiry forms (Web3Forms): name, email, phone (optional), message — to respond and manage bookings (consent and/or legitimate interests). Booking discussions: details you share to scope a show or venue (contract/pre‑contract). Analytics (Google Analytics 4): pseudonymous usage data (pages, device/browser, coarse location, events) — consent via cookies.

Who receives your data. Web3Forms (form processing); Google LLC (Analytics); our email/hosting providers for communications. We do not sell personal data.

Retention. Form submissions: up to 12 months after last meaningful contact unless a booking is in progress. Booking correspondence: up to 6 years (accounting/legal). Analytics: GA4 defaults (typically 14 months; some events up to 26 months).

Your rights (UK GDPR). Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection; withdraw consent anytime (doesn’t affect prior processing); complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). To exercise rights, contact us via this site.

Cookies. Essential: site operation/security (site + Web3Forms), always on. Analytics (GA4): only if you consent; used to improve site performance.
